My name is Katherine Manettas and I am a BCBA at TLC. I received my bachelor of arts degree in vocal performance from Reinhardt University in Atlanta, Georgia where I studied opera. I then began my career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician, and quickly found a passion for supporting individuals through meaningful, compassionate care. I earned my masters degree in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of providing behavior-analytic services across clinic, home, and community settings. My favorite part of working at TLC is helping children and families feel seen, understood, and empowered to advocate for themselves. I am deeply committed to delivering neurodiversity-affirming care and to advancing awareness and education about what this means for the future of our field. In addition to my clinical work, I also provide fieldwork supervision for practicum students pursuing BCBA certification—an aspect of my role I find incredibly rewarding as it allows me to help shape the next generation of behavior analysts. Outside of work, my hobbies include continuing to pursue music, being outdoors, and cooking.
